After early setbacks with the dismissals of Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan, the innings was stabilised and then accelerated. Tilak Varma, Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dube added valuable late runs to ensure India crossed the line and confirmed their semi-final berth.

Shimron Hetmyer produced a brisk cameo in match 52 of the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup against India, scoring 27 from 12 deliveries, including a boundary and two sixes.

Her innings, her eighth ODI hundred, powered Australia to 409/7 in 50 overs. Beth Mooney also registered a century in the same match. Australia went on to defeat India Women by 185 runs, completing a 3-0 sweep of the ODI series.

The performance ensured Healy exited the format on a high note while adding further records to her name.

Dhoni and Gaikwad gear up for IPL 2026 with CSK

With the IPL 2026 season approaching, MS Dhoni and Ruturaj Gaikwad were among several Chennai Super Kings players engaged in an intensive training session.
