Gujarat Titans strengthened their presence at the top of both batting and bowling charts following their emphatic 89-run win over Chennai Super Kings in Ahmedabad during IPL 2026.

Shubman Gill briefly moved to the top of the run-scoring charts after his 64 off 37 balls, taking his tally to 616 runs for the season. Starting the match just behind his opening partner B Sai Sudharsan, Gill overtook him during their 125-run stand.

In the bowling charts, Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s Bhuvneshwar Kumar continues to hold the Purple Cap with 24 wickets, although Gujarat Titans pacer Kagiso Rabada has drawn level after claiming 3 for 32 against CSK.
Despite being tied on wickets, Bhuvneshwar retains the lead due to a superior economy rate of 7.70 compared to Rabada’s 9.18.
GT’s bowling unit made a strong impact in the match, with multiple players climbing the rankings:
